- Add 400ml of water to 4-5g of loose tea leaves, adjust according to your preferred intensity
- Keep in the fridge for 6-8 hours before transferring the tea liquor to a new bottle or simply pouring it straight into a cup for consumption.
- We do not recommend keeping the tea leaves in the bottle longer than 8 hours as it may cause astringency in the tea liquor.
- Finish the cold brew tea within 3 days.
