Long Jing, also known as Dragonwell, is a green tea that originates from one of the famous and top Long Jing villages in West Lake, the Hangzhou region of China. In our tastings, Long Jing of this quality is rarely seen outside of China and we are grateful that we are able to source it for you! The leaves are hand-picked and processed with traditional methods to create a smooth and refreshing flavor with a sweet and nutty aroma. The tea is renowned for its unique shape, flat and narrow, and its distinctive yellow-green color, making it a beautiful sight to behold in a clear glass teapot.
