This special Taiwanese Ruby 18 is an exquisite black tea from a specific area in Sun Moon Lake, located in the Central Plains of Taiwan. It is a cross between a wild Taiwanese Tea and Assam from Burma. It is exceptionally fragrant and rich in flavors, but considerably lighter and sweeter than Assam Tea. The first sip will hits you with a refreshing minty note, reminiscent of eucalyptus and pine. Later sips will bring out the cinnamon spice notes, and it leaves you with a sweet malty aftertaste. This tea is perfect to enjoy both hot and cold and can be steeped multiple times to bring out its unique flavor.
